Scint-X is now offering a high-resolution Desktop X-ray Imaging (DXI)
System. The system consists of a high resolution CCD-camera, equipped
with a Scint-X structured scintillator and a Software package. The
system is easily connected to a laptop or desktop computer, via a Gigabit
Ethernet Interface.

This type of science has up until now only been possible to perform using
synchrotron radiation. Being able to perform pre-testing in the lab will
make engineers and researchers less dependent on the limited
availability of beamline access at synchrotron facilities.
